What's On Tap

On Draft

Senior Guide IPA

IPA - New England / Hazy
Senior Guide and New England IPA's (NEIPA) are generally low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Malt flavor is low with a light, bready, malty character. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied from haze forming proteins and yeast still in suspension, the trademark of this style. This combination of light malt , high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity.

Side-Piste Pilsner

Pilsner - Other
French Malt with French Aramis and Mistral Hops make for a unique flavor profile in this crisp, hoppy Pilsener style brew. The French Hops provide a noble like spicy, herbal quality with subtle notes of peach and melon with a citrusy background. French Pilsen and Vienna Malts lend a solid backbone with a slightly sweet finish.

Mountain Wave Pale Ale

Pale Ale - American
Pineapple and tropical fruits dominate while a nice light malt backbone keeps you reaching for more! Strata, Helios, and Vista hops provide the tropical fruity deliciousness with some Vienna and caramel malts for balance.

Princess Jasmine

Rice Lager
We used a healthy amount of rice to lighten the body of this lager and a healthier amount of Sultana hops to add loads of flavor but little bitterness. Hop flavors of pineapple, citrus, and pine prevail with fresh grassy notes on the finish.

God Save the Bitter

Bitter - Best
A collaboration brew with our friends at Ratio Beerworks in Denver! This copper coloured Best Bitter English style ale stands upright on a solid malt backbone with hints of caramel. East Kent Golding and First Gold hops add herbal and grassy notes with hints of orange marmalade.

Mt. Royal Red Lager

Lager - Amber / Red
This German Style Red Lager is Smooth and Awesome!

173 Steps Pale

Lager - Pale
173 steps from the Breckenridge Gondola, you'll find this easy drinking lager at our Breck Taphouse! With a generous dose of Alora hops. A light malt sweetness tempers the light bitterness letting flavors of subtle apricot, yuzu fruit, and sweet melon shine.

Picture of Nectar

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
A hazy American Pale Ale using Nectaron Hops from New Zealand with a smidge of El Dorado hops for a delicious juicy experience.

Rookie Guide

The Rookie Guide is an easy drinking hazy pale ale with bright citrus notes and a very clean finish. El Dorado, Cashmere, and Mandarina Bavaria hops bring out a delicious candy citrus character.
