Krystal 93 Summer Pale Ale
Pale Ale - American
An American Pale Ale with strong flavors of peach, apricot, pineapple, and mango on a light malt base. Using Sitiva and Zamba hops creates the flavor punch of an IPA with the crushable flow of a 5.2% pale ale.
Pale Nectar
Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
A hazy American Pale Ale using Nectaron Hops from New Zealand with a smidge of El Dorado hops for a delicious juicy experience.
Blue River IPA
IPA - Other
German malts and hops come together for a delicious IPA. Munich and light Cara malts provide a sturdy malt backbone for the Hallertau Blanc and Callista hops. Notes of white grape, lemongrass, gooseberry, apricot, and peach with a little diggity dankness on the end.

Lake Whale Pale Ale
Pale Ale - American
An homage to our gargantuan friend stalking the icy depths of Lake Dillon. This American Pale Ale is brewed with Strata and Talus hops that breach tropical and citrusy aromas. The malt backbone blows open flavors of pineapple and tropical fruits with a mild bitterness to finish.
Winter Stoke
Red Ale - Irish
With aromas of caramel, pine and citrus with just a touch of roast, this red ale leads with hints of citrus, light pine, and a roasted coffee. medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation followed by a palette cleansing bitterness.
Clean, easy and RED!
Snow's Bock
Bock - Single / Traditional
Generous amounts of malt provide toasty & Bready Aromas with notes of graham cracker while hops contribute to mellow spicy & fruity aroma. Sweet malt flavors present bready, fruity aspects with hints of dried fruit & toffee. Hersbrucker hops bring balance to the sweetness & add a pleasant spicy, fruity bitter finish that balances and brings it all together
Night Skiing
Stout - Milk / Sweet
Chocolate flavors, milk silkiness with the right balance of dark roasted malts for a smooth run. It is exciting, just like skiing down the slopes at night. Pure heaven in a glass!
Senior Guide IPA
IPA - New England / Hazy
Senior Guide and New England IPA's (NEIPA) are generally low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Malt flavor is low with a light, bready, malty character. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied from haze forming proteins and yeast still in suspension, the trademark of this style. This combination of light malt , high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity.
Rookie Guide
Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
The Rookie Guide is an easy drinking hazy pale ale with bright citrus notes and a very clean finish. El Dorado hops might be a bit basic in the realm of hoppy beers, but the Kashmir hops bring out a deliciously unique flavor
Frisco Chile Beer
Chilli / Chile Beer
Our popular Frisco Gold blonde ale with Ancho, Arbol, and Habanero peppers with green chiles too!
Trip Leader
IPA - American
Aromas of pine, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit blended with a touch of yeasty breadlines. What follows is a delicious blend of citrus and pine finished with a malty backbone. Body and mouthfeel are medium to medium light to allow the hops to shine.
As raft guides go, we like to hit both sides of the river or both “coasts” and this IPA is a representation of that.

Colorado BBQ
Beer and BBQ, can you name a more dynamic duo? We sure can’t, which is why in 2020 we decided to shift all of our kitchen efforts over to BBQ in hopes of creating a food menu that can contend with the beer we have on tap. We think we've hit the nail on the head and can barbecue with the best of them, but I guess you'll just have to swing by and decide for yourself!
