On Tap and To Go

On Tap

The Royal Berries

Lager - Red
Mt Royal Red Lager with strawberry puree

Frisco Gold

Blonde Ale

Mt. Royal Red Lager

Frisco Festbier

Classic Marzen originally brewed for Oktoberfest, copper in color with a juicy malt character and mild hop bitterness and flavor

Pro-Czech Ya Neck

Pilsner - Czech
Pro-Czech ya Neck begins with classic earthy and flowery Noble hop aromas with a waft of malty goodness. The flavor starts with a deft interplay of malt sweetness and hop bitterness that quickly counter each other for a balanced taste with only a slight linger of hop bitterness. Earthy, flowery hop flavor leads to a pleasant lemon pithy and light malt end. Higher carbonation levels lend a palette scrubbing effect that adds to the clean, crisp, and smooth finish that is expected of a quality Pilsener.

Senior Guide IPA

IPA - New England / Hazy
Senior Guide and New England IPA's (NEIPA) are generally low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Malt flavor is low with a light, bready, malty character. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied from haze forming proteins and yeast still in suspension, the trademark of this style. This combination of light malt , high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity.

90's Obligatory Amber Ale

Red Ale - American Amber / Red
Back in the 1990's just about every brewery had their own iteration of amber beer, here is our throwback! Clean and smooth with loads of caramel aroma and flavor. Cascade hops provide just enough bittering and flavor to enhance the malty goodness of this quaffable amber beer.

Ten Mile Tripel

Belgian Tripel
Trappist-style Tripel made with copious amounts of Two Row, Munich, Wheat, and Aromatic Malts. Sweet, bready malt aromas lead to hints of honey and bubblegum while the flavors culminate in a sweet honeyish malt flavor and a slight alcohol warmth. A smattering of Styrian Golding and Czech Kazbek Hops complement the spicy yeast character with a lemony, flowery finish.

Rookie Guide

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
The Rookie Guide is an easy drinking hazy pale ale with bright citrus notes and a very clean finish. El Dorado hops might be a bit basic in the realm of hoppy beers, but the Kashmir hops bring out a deliciously unique flavor

Somergras MF Saison

Farmhouse Ale - Saison
Tart and refreshing, this partially kettle-soured Saison is brewed with Lemongrass and Lemon Verbena, with light amounts of Kaffir Lime Leaf, Ginger, and Vanilla. Lemongrass and ginger tea like aromas, followed by a brisk tartness with grassy lemon-lime and ginger flavors.

Belgo IPA

IPA - Belgian
Using German Hallertau Blanc and Calista hops we crafted this Belgo IPA to showcase Belgian yeast character in a NEIPA type profile.

Frisco Chile Beer

Chilli / Chile Beer
Our popular Frisco Gold blonde ale with Ancho, Arbol, and Habanero peppers with green chiles too!

Raft Wit Chu

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
Our Belgian Wit beer resembles the popular versions brewed with Orange peel and Coriander while this one adds Elderflower for increased citrus character with notes of tropical fruits and vanilla.

Trip Leader

IPA - American
Aromas of pine, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit blended with a touch of yeasty breadlines. What follows is a delicious blend of citrus and pine finished with a malty backbone. Body and mouthfeel are medium to medium light to allow the hops to shine. As raft guides go, we like to hit both sides of the river or both “coasts” and this IPA is a representation of that.

Tri-Tip On Balcony

Colorado BBQ

Beer and BBQ, can you name a more dynamic duo? We sure can’t, which is why in 2020 we decided to shift all of our kitchen efforts over to BBQ in hopes of creating a food menu that can contend with the beer we have on tap. We think we've hit the nail on the head and can barbecue with the best of them, but I guess you'll just have to swing by and decide for yourself!
