Senior Guide IPA

7.1%
IPA - New England / Hazy
Senior Guide and New England IPA's (NEIPA) are generally low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Malt flavor is low with a light, bready, malty character. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied from haze forming proteins and yeast still in suspension, the trademark of this style. This combination of light malt , high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity.

Trip Leader

7.1%
IPA - West Coast
Trip Leader, Like many New England I.P.A's are Low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied. The combination of light malt, high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity!
