Beer On Tap

Advanced Strategies

6.0%
IPA - West Coast Collab with YCH
It wouldn’t be a collaboration with Yakima Chief without going BIG on hops! We loaded this WCIPA up with a blend of Strata™ and Simcoe selected T-90 hops, plus Sabro Dynaboost™ and Nelson Sauvin Hyperboost™ for an extra punch of aroma and flavor. The result? A heavy-hitter BURSTING with juicy peach and ripe apricot, layered with a subtle hint of coconut and finishing with a dank, resinous snap.

638 Slinger

6.9%
IPA - West Coast
Highside's take on the modern West Coast IPA, brewed using predominantly Canadian-grown Pilsner-malt giving it a lean, dry, and crisp base for the hops to truly shine. Using Experimental hop HBC 638 and classic Simcoe, you can expect notes of juicy and ripened apricot, sweet lemon, and a tropical fruit finish.

Blue River IPA

6.2%
Cold IPA
German malts and hops come together for a delicious IPA. Munich and light Cara malts provide a sturdy malt backbone for the Hallertau Blanc and Callista hops. Notes of white grape, lemongrass, gooseberry, apricot, and peach with a little diggity dankness on the end.

Trip Leader

6.5%
IPA - American
Aromas of pine, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit blended with a touch of yeasty breadlines. What follows is a delicious blend of citrus and pine finished with a malty backbone. Body and mouthfeel are medium to medium light to allow the hops to shine. As raft guides go, we like to hit both sides of the river or both “coasts” and this IPA is a representation of that.

Picture of Nectar

5.0%
IPA - New England/Hazy
Picture of Nectar - our Rotating Hazy IPA series! Now, we all can have a little fun experiencing a world of hop varieties under one prenotion - nectar is the focus.

Senior Guide IPA

6.7%
IPA - New England / Hazy
Highside's core Hazy IPA, Senior Guide! Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca give this beer plenty of orange citrus flavor and mango stone fruit aromas, while it stays low in bitterness. Wheat, oats, and a high hopping rate help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity. Whether you're out rafting some of Colorado's great rapids or just cracking a cold one after a long day, Senior Guide is sure to quench your thirst!

XPA

5.4%
Pale Ale - XPA (Extra Pale)
New Zealand meets the American West Coast in this hop-forward crusher. Motueka brings bright lemon-lime zest and ripe papaya, while Mosaic layers in bold mango and blueberry with complex dank, earthy undertones - a pure expression of these two standout varieties. Dry, crisp, and lean at 5.4%, Highside XPA delivers big aromatics with a clean, refreshing finish.

Rookie Guide

5.3%
Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
The Rookie Guide is an easy drinking hazy pale ale with bright citrus notes and a very clean finish. El Dorado hops might be a bit basic in the realm of hoppy beers, but the Kashmir hops bring out a deliciously unique flavor

Kingdom Kolsch

5.2%
Kölsch

Side-Piste Pilsner

4.8%
Pilsner - French
French Malt with French Aramis and Mistral Hops make for a unique flavor profile in this crisp, hoppy Pilsener style brew. The French Hops provide a noble like spicy, herbal quality with subtle notes of peach and melon with a citrusy background. French Pilsen and Vienna Malts lend a solid backbone with a slightly sweet finish.

173 Steps Pale

5.6%
Hoppy Lager
173 steps from the Breckenridge Gondola, you'll find this easy drinking lager at our Breck Taphouse! With a generous dose of Alora hops. A light malt sweetness tempers the light bitterness letting flavors of subtle apricot, yuzu fruit, and sweet melon shine.

Smoked High

5.1%
Lager - Smoked
Our Amber Smoked-Lager; made with our base Pale Malt, a blend of caramel and dark malts, and Beechwood-Smoked Malt, giving it flavors of caramel, light toffee, and a balanced smoky character while finishing clean and crisp. Smoked barbecue and a smoked lager - a match made in heaven. Pair "Smoked High" with smoked wings, brisket, sausage, or our smoked turkey Cali Club. Then again… we’re COBBQ. Everything’s smoked high at 10,000 ft — and this beer was made for it!

Mt. Royal Red Lager

5.3%
Lager - Amber / Red
This German Style Red Lager is Smooth and Awesome!

5.6%
Sour - Fruited Gose
Cherry Mule - Gose made with real Black Cherries and real Ginger, this beer is as refreshing as it is flavorful. Perfect to pair with your favorite winter dishes or to have as a reminder that Summer is always just around the corner!

Mounds of Powder

5.3%
Stout - Coconut, Chocolate, & Vanilla
Everyone's favorite milk stout, this time with a twist. We took our Night Skiing and decided to go a little crazy on the flavor spectrum - reminiscent of a mounds candy bar, coconut, chocolate, and vanilla blend together seamlessly in a cozy, tropical delight.

Night Skiing

5.7%
Stout - Milk / Sweet
Chocolate flavors, milk silkiness with the right balance of dark roasted malts for a smooth run. It is exciting, just like skiing down the slopes at night. Pure heaven in a glass!
