This West Coast IPA is Highside's way of translating pure hop-expression in crushable form to your tastebuds. Brewed with Vista, Strata, Belma, and Cascade hops, on a pale malt base. It's lighter in body but still bursts with notes of white peach, pineapple, and resin aromas and hop-flavor.

Senior Guide and New England IPA's (NEIPA) are generally low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Malt flavor is low with a light, bready, malty character. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied from haze forming proteins and yeast still in suspension, the trademark of this style. This combination of light malt , high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity.

German malts and hops come together for a delicious IPA. Munich and light Cara malts provide a sturdy malt backbone for the Hallertau Blanc and Callista hops. Notes of white grape, lemongrass, gooseberry, apricot, and peach with a little diggity dankness on the end.

This modern West Coast IPA is brewed using predominately American Pilsner-Malt giving it a lean, dry, and crisp base for the hops to truly shine! We get notes of juicy and ripened Apricot, Juicy Fruit gum, a hint of fresh cannabis, and lots of mango. Crisp, clean, and vibrantly hoppy at 6.8% ABV.

Hoosier Tiki is where classic Hefeweizen meets Tiki Party! Made from our classic German-Style Hefeweizen, Hoosier Hefe, and real Pineapple, Hooser Tiki is a highly-drinkable, tropical vacation in a glass. We taste strong notes of fresh pineapple fruit, banana candy, and the slightest touch of clove.

Our take on the classic German Hefeweizen. Unfiltered and unfined, Hoosier Hefe bursts with notes of bubblegum, banana, and yeast-derived clove. Brewed using wheat and german hops, our Hefeweizen is balanced, and refreshing; a beer to look forward to on either side of Hoosier pass.
