Breck on Tap
On tap
Blue River IPA
Cold IPA
German malts and hops come together for a delicious IPA. Munich and light Cara malts provide a sturdy malt backbone for the Hallertau Blanc and Callista hops. Notes of white grape, lemongrass, gooseberry, apricot, and peach with a little diggity dankness on the end.
173 Steps Pale
Hoppy Lager
173 steps from the Breckenridge Gondola, you'll find this easy drinking lager at our Breck Taphouse! With a generous dose of Alora hops. A light malt sweetness tempers the light bitterness letting flavors of subtle apricot, yuzu fruit, and sweet melon shine.
Trip Leader
IPA - American
Aromas of pine, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit blended with a touch of yeasty breadlines. What follows is a delicious blend of citrus and pine finished with a malty backbone. Body and mouthfeel are medium to medium light to allow the hops to shine.
As raft guides go, we like to hit both sides of the river or both “coasts” and this IPA is a representation of that.
Senior Guide IPA
IPA - New England / Hazy
Senior Guide and New England IPA's (NEIPA) are generally low in bitterness and high in hop aroma and flavor. Malt flavor is low with a light, bready, malty character. Mouthfeel is somewhat full bodied from haze forming proteins and yeast still in suspension, the trademark of this style. This combination of light malt , high hopping rate and protein haze help give the requisite "juiciness" that has pushed the New England style to the height of popularity.
Kingdom Kolsch
Kölsch
Mt. Royal Red Lager
Lager - Amber / Red
This German Style Red Lager is Smooth and Awesome!
Rookie Guide
Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
The Rookie Guide is an easy drinking hazy pale ale with bright citrus notes and a very clean finish. El Dorado, Cashmere, and Mandarina Bavaria hops bring out a delicious candy citrus character.
Picture of Nectar
Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
A hazy American Pale Ale using Nectaron Hops from New Zealand with a smidge of El Dorado hops for a delicious juicy experience.
OMG, Stout Kiltkenny
Stout - Irish Dry
OMG the smooth, roasty Dry Stout, Kiltkenny, and is so delicious it might the last stout you'll ever want to drink!
Night Skiing
Stout - Milk / Sweet
Chocolate flavors, milk silkiness with the right balance of dark roasted malts for a smooth run. It is exciting, just like skiing down the slopes at night. Pure heaven in a glass!
Banana Split Board Stout
Stout - Other
Our tasty dry stout sweetened with Coconut Cream and Banana puree for a delicious twist on a new fav!
Coconut Milk Stout
Stout - Pastry
Our tasty Night Skiing Milk Stout with added Coconut Cream for an even more delicious experience.
Hoosier Hefe
Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen
Our take on the classic German Hefeweizen. Unfiltered and unfined, Hoosier Hefe bursts with notes of bubblegum, banana, and yeast-derived clove. Brewed using wheat and german hops, our Hefeweizen is balanced, and refreshing; a beer to look forward to on either side of Hoosier pass.
