French Malt with French Aramis and Mistral Hops make for a unique flavor profile in this crisp, hoppy Pilsener style brew. The French Hops provide a noble like spicy, herbal quality with subtle notes of peach and melon with a citrusy background. French Pilsen and Vienna Malts lend a solid backbone with a slightly sweet finish.

A low-bitterness, cocktail inspired, Juicy IPA we brewed with our friends at Strange Craft Beer Co to highlight the upcoming Brewers Rendezvous in Salida on July 11th and the plethora of scenic loops around our beautiful state! Hop-derived tropical citrus flavors along with added purees of Blood Orange, Pineapple, and Lime kick up the juicy character and make a crushable summer IPA!

Aromas of pine, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit blended with a touch of yeasty breadlines. What follows is a delicious blend of citrus and pine finished with a malty backbone. Body and mouthfeel are medium to medium light to allow the hops to shine.
As raft guides go, we like to hit both sides of the river or both “coasts” and this IPA is a representation of that.

New Zealand meets the American West Coast in this hop-forward crusher. Motueka brings bright lemon-lime zest and ripe papaya, while Mosaic layers in bold mango and blueberry with complex dank, earthy undertones - a pure expression of these two standout varieties.
Dry, crisp, and lean at 5.4%, Highside XPA delivers big aromatics with a clean, refreshing finish.

Lager - Japanese Rice
A snappy, flavorful lager brewed with Jasmine rice, toasted rice, and terrified rice, along with Pilsner malt and Sultana hops. Pilsner malt and rice paddle together to form a crushable base for Sultana hops to pop with flavors of citrus, pineapple, and berries.

If you've ever sat in the heart of Frisco, dog-leash in one hand and a cold beer in the other, looked up at Mt. Royal and said "I really can't do better than this", we at Highside can relate! Made with real Honeydew and Cantaloupe, this refreshing sour is sure to dew the trick on a warm day!
I'm Your Huckleberry
Sour- w/ Huckleberry & Lavender
Our gold medal-winning fruited sour is loaded with real huckleberry concentrate and lavender giving it a complex, yet highly drinkable fruit and floral flavor. Tart, yet highly drinkable, this fruited sour ale is a great refreshment for the summer weather.
