2. Brewery, Venue, and Facility Use

Visitors and guests agree to comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, applicable laws, and safety requirements while on Company property.

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny entry, remove guests, cancel reservations, or terminate venue access at our sole discretion for:

Illegal activity
Disorderly conduct
Harassment of staff or guests
Property damage
Excessive intoxication
Safety concerns

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Company property by themselves, their invitees, vendors, contractors, or event attendees.

3. Event Rentals and Reservations

Reservations, private events, and venue rentals may require deposits, signed agreements, and advance payment.

Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, minimum spend requirements, and event-specific terms may be governed by separate rental agreements.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Alcohol Service

All alcohol sales and service are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Valid government-issued identification may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual for any lawful reason, including suspected intoxication or inability to provide valid identification.

Guests may not provide alcohol to minors or otherwise violate applicable alcohol laws.

5. Marketing Communications and SMS Program

By submitting your phone number through our website, reservation forms, event registrations, loyalty programs, contests, promotions, in-person signups, or other communications with us, you consent to receive SMS text messages from the Company.
